Pirate Tales Kickoff

Fans of summer, baseball, and reading unite! Pirate Tales is having its kickoff tomorrow, Thursday May 29th at the Carnegie Library of Homestead. Come meet a Pirates player and of course the Pirate Parrot!



Memorial Day Closure

The Athletic Club and the library will both be closed on Monday, May 26th in honor of Memorial Day. We will reopen as usual on Tuesday, May 27th.



Teen Tech Zone Tuesdays!

Wanted to try Photoshop, but didn't know where you could find it? How about remixing a beat to put in the background of your latest computer animated YouTube video? We've finally gotten a bit of warm weather here in the Steel Valley! There's a lot more heat coming this Saturday, May 10th in Munhall's Westfield Park - Pyrotopia, a festival of the fire arts! Library Closed May 16th for a PC Upgrade

The Carnegie Library of Homestead will be closed on Friday, May 16 to allow for a new computer rollout. Only the library will be closed; the Athletic Club @ The Carnegie of Homestead will be open normal hours.

Teen Tech Zone – Relaunched

Teen Tech Zone is returning on Saturday, April 12th at the library! The focus for the first week will be issuing digital badges for skills that students already know. In future weeks, we'll start building on those with self-guided learning in music creation and editing, video editing, Photoshop, web design, and more! Want to know more?
