Back to Basics: Yoga– Fundamental yoga poses and relaxation techniques are taught to suit your individual goals! Increase your balance, flexibility, and strength while flowing through foundational yoga poses. All experience levels welcome

Insanity– INSANITY® LIVE is extreme cardio conditioning for EVERY fitness level. Together, you’ll build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and develop precision and speed—without lifting a single weight.

Spinning – A 50-60 minute stationary bike ride using interval training for fun cardio endurance! (Adjust resistance to your own fitness level.)

Extreme 30– 30 minutes of high intensity circuit training to tone and build muscle. This is an advance class that will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels.

Zumba- An effective 50-60 minute, exhilarating, Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, dance-fitness party.

Zumba Strong- combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music.It is a 50′ class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs/core andglutes. It is divided into 4 quadrants, the last of which is a floor portion where we will use a matt. Plyometric moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

Better Balance and Strength– This class will consist of slow, controlled, low impact and relaxing movements that will improve your blood circulation, balance, and movement. You will also improve your strength, flexibility, and range of motion. A Chinese inspired stress exercise.

Hip Hop Cardio-  A dash of dance and a heaping dose of cardio combined with the hottest music makes for an hour of mad calorie burn! Hip Hop Cardio is high impact cardio class including moves to 8 counts with plyometric and cardio based choreography.

Tai Chi– unifies your mind and your body while using ancient principals in a series of movements. This exercise gives you the tools to RELAX and MOVE so that you can also use them out of class to develop a sense of well being. As you practice… you will improve your balance, co-ordination and concentration. Tai-Chi is suitable for anyone looking to improve your overall health. It has been proven to be an excellent exercise for Arthritis, Heart Disease, Fibromyalgia, High Blood Pressure and many other ailments. No prior experience required.

P90X Live- is a Full Body workout that incorporates Cardio, Upper and Lower Body, Weight Training, Core and More! The entire workout can be modified to accommodate ALL Fitness Levels!

Silver Sneakers® Classes:  These particular classes for adults 65+ are a wonderful way to stay fit! Participants of any age are welcome!

Silver Sneakers® Cardio Circuit – Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head-to-toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.

Silver Sneakers® Muscular Strength and Range of Movement – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Boom Class– BOOM MUSCLE (upper body and conditioning with weights & sports moves) BOOM MOVE IT (intense dance workout for cardio endurance) BOOM MIND (strength, confidence, flexibility for core, lower body, & balance)

Arthritis Foundation –  Is a low-impact physical activity program proven to reduce pain and stiffness. The routines include gentle range-of-motion exercises that are suitable for every fitness level.

Power WorkoutIn this 50-minute class we will warm up our entire body. Then with your choice of hand-held weight, bands and ball, we will tone and strengthen every muscle group. Class will end with a seated cool down and specific stretching.

Aerobic Fitness – This class will consist of a warmup and continued aerobic movements to increase heart and muscle strength and balance. The use of weights, bands and a ball will offer resistance and flexibility. Class will end with stretching and a seated cool down.

Morning Yoga– Strengthen and tone your entire body with easy yoga poses for beginners or anyone who wants to improve their yoga form. This class will strengthen your legs, hips and upper body for better balance and overall posture. Chairs will be used for support. End class with a savasana to calm your mind and relax every muscle.

Pickle Ball Wednesdays- Looking to improve hand-eye coordination, balance and agility? Ever heard of Pickleball? If so, bring your friends and tennis shoes to play this low-impact mini-tennis sport that uses a wiffle ball and paddle. Open to all adult ages and skill levels.
