Although Punxatawney Phil let us down a few weeks ago by predicting 6 more weeks of winter, the calendar has finally declared that spring has sprung. (For the non-believers, the current 10 day forecast doesn’t have a single day with a high below freezing for the Pittsburgh area.) After this year’s ice and cold, I’m beginning to feel like this conversation with Olaf the snowman in Disney’s Frozen:
